We are delighted to share our latest Emerging Futures II research findings with you. For this follow-up of our research series, we surveyed a record-breaking 11,000+ prospective students, applicants, and current students from over 90 countries to bring you comprehensive insight into international student priorities, motivations, and perceptions.
Key findings include:
- UK drops to third place as most popular study destination, as demand for Australia increases
- High quality of education remains strong drawcard for UK institutions, but the cost of a UK education and limited post-graduation job opportunities are deterring factors
- Poor mental health among respondents is closely linked to the number of hours worked per fortnight, in addition to living alone or off campus
