Providing comprehensive insight into international student priorities, motivations and perceptions, Emerging Futures is an established body of research that is trusted and referred to by stakeholders, governments and across the sector. 

Latest key findings include:

• First-choice destination: The US is now in the top spot. Canada has fallen from equal first with Australia to fourth place.
• Primary factors in choosing first-choice destination: ‘High quality of education’ is the primary driver for first-choice destination.
• Perceptions of study destinations: Canada still ranks highest in students’ perceptions of international student policies and post-study work policies.
• Student Satisfaction: Canada still sits above UK for student satisfaction, but behind the US and Australia.
